Alyssa Eads

Graduated from The University of Central Arkansas, I studied public relations and business management. I am a Sigma Sigma Sigma Alumna. I was a member of the student activities board, the public relations club, the student government association, and president of the Bear Den, a student spirit club that planned events and tailgates. I was heavily involved in intramural sports for my sorority and as well as the all-Greek step show.

My favorite things about Millennium are the freedom and support to create new skills and the amazing team atmosphere that we’ve built. It’s a very rewarding feeling to be surrounded by like-minded, positive people who are focused on bettering themselves personally and professionally.

My biggest learning experience so far has been dealing with the COVID19 pandemic. It’s a scary time for the whole world and our business is built on the idea that companies have to evolve and change to be successful. While other companies move into contraction or struggle to evolve to the new social practices, I’m proud to say that our crew is not just surviving but thriving through the challenge.

In the next five years, I have several personal goals to achieve. I will pay off my student loan debt. I will travel to ten new places that I’ve never been and I will get a dog!
