I’m Max Allen, the proud owner of Millennium Events Management.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

During college, I was searching for some internship experience, so I joined a marketing agency In Dallas, Texas. I didn’t know much about sales and marketing when I started as an intern, but through excellent mentorship, I began to progress.

These mentors pushed me when I didn’t feel like being pushed and stuck by me through challenging times. Their constant motivation inspired me to work hard and achieve goals, which included paying off my student loans within two years of graduating.

My ability to hit financial targets did not go unnoticed by management. So, within three years of joining the company, I was offered the opportunity to own it, which I gladly accepted.

Since taking over eighteen months ago, we’ve slowly evolved from being conservative to raising the industry bar. We are also now more confident and take calculated risks, as I live by the mantra ‘you miss a hundred percent of the shots that you don’t take.’

I encourage my team to take more shots, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my seven core values. These include transparency, integrity, respect, authenticity, reliability, selfless leadership, and teamwork.

I’m driven to help my team reach their full potential by learning new skills and maintaining a positive attitude. My obsession with assisting others become successful stems from the great coaching I received earlier in my career.

For this reason, I feel that you can’t coach the team until you’ve played the game. I’m now focused on investing my time into building a robust business. Seeing the results pay off in a big way is exciting, as I’m looking to grow and secure financial freedom for my family.

When I am not empowering my team, I love to exercise, hike, explore, eat great food, and visit new breweries.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.

If you or someone you know could benefit from my expertise as a marketing agency In Dallas, Texas, I invite you to get in touch. Please visit my website at www.memmgmt.com.

Sincerely,

Max
